Social resolves never draw on that pool: they have their own allowance in the table below, because resolving one account across platforms is not a search.

An unlock buys the record and keeps it, not a viewing. Free gets five a week and spends each on one withheld credential; Pro reads breach values outright and spends 25 a month, each opening a whole device record. Premium and Team carry no unlocks, because every device value, the full file browser, and the raw archive are served outright.

No. InfoBreach is software - a search interface over third-party breach and stealer sources and US public filings, reached through their providers at the moment you search, not compiled into a corpus we own. Nothing you look up is added to what another customer can find, and we never sell a database of people, your searches, or your account. A data broker collects records and sells the assembled result; this is the search box in front of sources that already exist.
Security teams checking their own exposure, investigators working a case, and compliance functions that have to evidence what is public about their people. Everything is self-serve up to team billing, which is priced per seat.
If it is keyed to an email address you control, confirm the address and rows keyed to it are suppressed across all four surfaces, the counters beside them included. Anything else, such as a username or a phone number, goes through a request we handle by hand. It stops short of two things: the catalogue-wide totals we cache by the hour, and monitors, which keep firing on the asset. It cannot reach the original breached source, which is not ours.
Not to the dataset, no - nothing you search becomes a record another customer can find. It is recorded on our side, though: every search is written to an audit log with your IP address and user agent. That log is the compliance trail - no expiry, not cleared by closing your account, produced only when valid legal process compels us. We never sell it or hand it to anyone who has not compelled it.
You get a machine readable code back rather than a quietly shortened result. Depending on what you hit, that is quota_exceeded, hourly_limit, plan_upgrade_required, or feature_not_enabled.
Yes, on Premium and team plans. It covers breached credentials, compromised device records, and people search over one authenticated JSON endpoint, the same envelope the dashboard consumes, and a call spends one lookup from the same daily pool, so there is no separate API allowance to run out of. No key reaches social accounts: those stay dashboard surfaces, arranged separately rather than sold as a tier.
We credit the unused portion of your current plan against the new one. If you have twelve days left on Pro and move to Premium, that remaining Pro value comes off your first Premium charge automatically.
