Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Accounts
You provide accurate information at signup and keep your credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Account deletion is a soft-delete: the row is preserved per the privacy policy so audit, billing, and law-enforcement records remain accessible during the retention window.
Acceptable use
Use of InfoBreach is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations are grounds for immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of paid time, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current period; you keep access through that date. Refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided for partial periods.
Data we surface
Search results may include data sourced from publicly-disclosed breaches and third-party providers. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and you must comply with all laws applicable to your handling of that data, including data-protection and computer-misuse statutes.
No warranty / limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoBreach disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced via email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
