Remove your records.
If an email address is yours, you can have the records keyed to it suppressed. You prove the address is yours by receiving mail at it.
How this works.
- 1
You give us an email address.
- 2
We send a confirmation link to that address. Only someone who receives it can continue, which is how we establish the address is yours to remove.
- 3
Following the link records the removal.
What a removal covers.
All four surfaces.
We suppress the rows keyed to that address in each of:
- Breached credentials
- Social accounts
- Compromised device records
- People search
Counts as well as rows.
Suppression applies to what a query returns, including the counters and totals returned beside those rows. Two things it does not reach: the catalogue-wide totals we cache by the hour, and monitors, which keep firing on the asset for whoever set them.
That one address.
Other addresses, usernames, phone numbers, and names are separate requests. Use the abuse topic on our contact form for those.
We do not delete anything from the original breached source.
That source is not ours, and it is already public. A removal changes what InfoBreach returns about the address. It does not reach the breach the data came from.
